Design - We have a great deal of design - build experience covering a wide range of projects.  We have the expertise to meet your needs with an efficient, attractive design for your building and an efficient, well thought out design for your site.  Our initial work is done in-house to save time and money before we assign it to an engineer or architect.  We offer free preliminary design assistance and cost estimates for tenant build-outs of spec buildings that we have built in order to assist the developer (our customer) in accommodating his clients.

Construction - Whether it is conventional or pre-engineered; large or small Challenge has the capability to build it.

Leasing - Challenge has the in-house capability to provide build-to-suit lease proposals.  Through Butler Real Estate we can offer a much wider range of opportunities for turnkey development and leasing for companies who qualify.
